Banette Doll

This bannette belongs to my trainer, Kris [link] , i originally just wanted to draw a banette doll, but then I decided to add a story behind it.

This Doll is actually a living Banette. Before it became one, it was a doll. This doll belonged to a little girl named Nira [link] . She carried this doll everywhere with her. Because of this, it became old, worn and tattered. Nira’s mom decided to give the doll away. The doll was given to a newborn girl whos family soon moved to cinnabar island. The doll was taken from the newborn girl by her rotten older brother. Her older brother ripped apart the doll and kept it in terrible condition. Several weeks later, the cinnabar volcano was erupting and the island had to be evacuated. The doll was left behind, causing it to be overcome with rage. This rage overcame and possessed the doll, causing it to become a banette. But banette was too weak to move, due to all of it’s injuries caused by the boy. Banette was washed off of the shore of cinnabar, and drifted off to sea. Months later, it washed up onto three island. It was found by a young boy with a dunsparce, this young boy turned out to be Kris. Banette was too weak to move, causing Kris to belive it was just a plain doll. He brought it back to his house and repaired the banette, even adding a small button he made himself. The banette was truly grateful, it’s joy calmed its rage. Banette did not want to frighten the boy whom saved it though, so banette pretends to be an inanimate doll ad stays around kris. Kris keeps Banette with him as a good luck charm, still not knowing that it is a real pokemon.
